Return Policies All CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer. We DO NOT sell used or refurbished equipment. CPAP machines are covered on all parts and labor for 2 years by the manufacturer. CPAP masks are covered for 90 days against manufacturer's defects. Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore non-returnable. FDA regulations state that any nasal interface product taken out of its original packaging is no longer returnable due to cross-contamination. If the product is defective, within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and a new product. Non-defective and unopened products must be returned within 30 days in order to receive credit. After 30 days, products can only be returned at the owners expense and will not be credited. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

Please indicate within the shipping screen if you wished to have your order shipped overnight or 2nd day air. All international customer orders will be shipped USPS unless an alternative is requested. Please contact us for shipping rate estimate or enter your personal information at www.usps.com. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers who refuse a shipment. It is the responsibility of international customers to understand all duties, fees and taxes that might occur in customs before placing an order. Arrival time is approximately 4-7 days for domestic and 7 days for international orders. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as inventory comes available which will delay receipt.
